Return & Cancellation Policy – Lugrad Security Solutions
At Lugrad Security Solutions, we strive to provide professional, reliable, and timely security services to all our clients. This policy explains how service cancellations and returns (where applicable for equipment) are handled.
1. Service Cancellations

Clients who wish to cancel booked services must provide written notice at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before service commencement may result in forfeiture of part or all of the advance payment, depending on administrative and staffing costs already incurred.

Once services have started, cancellations are not eligible for refund, except in cases where Lugrad Security Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed services.
2. Return of Equipment (if applicable)

In cases where security equipment (such as CCTV, biometric systems, access control devices, etc.) is supplied, returns will be accepted only if:

The equipment is found to be defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

The return request is raised within 7 working days of delivery.

Returned equipment must be in original packaging, unused (except for testing), and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Refunds for Cancellations/Returns

If a cancellation or return is eligible for refund, the approved amount will be processed within 10–15 working days via the original mode of payment.

Any deductions (such as administrative fees, installation charges, or partial service delivery costs) will be clearly communicated to the client before processing the refund.
4. Non-Returnable/Non-Cancellable Items

Services already delivered.

Customized solutions, installations, or equipment specifically procured for the client.

Advance payments made for manpower deployment, once personnel have been assigned.
5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to cancellations or returns will be resolved as per the service agreement/contract signed with the client.

Lugrad Security Solutions reserves the right to amend or update this policy without prior notice, in compliance with applicable laws.
