Lugrad Security Solutions, “we” operate the website www.lugrad.org
and provides sales and installation services for CCTV cameras, home security devices, and related products.
This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website, in compliance with applicable Indian e-commerce laws.

1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
If we experience a high volume of orders or an unexpected delay, we will notify you via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Customized installations or special orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship products across India, with primary service in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and nearby states.
Some locations may have limited delivery or installation coverage. 
Customers will be informed prior to dispatch if service to a particular pin code is unavailable.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional periods.
Otherwise, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and delivery mode.
Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown before you make the payment.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within Tamil Nadu and Karnataka: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
For other states: 5–10 business days, depending on courier service and location.
Installation services (if applicable) will be scheduled separately, and our team will contact you for convenient timing.

5. Courier Partners

We use reputed courier and logistics partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, India Post, or other authorized agencies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

6. Self-Delivery & Installation

For bulk or local orders (within Hosur / Krishnagiri / Bangalore region), Lugrad Security Solution may deliver the product through our own logistics or service personnel and perform on-site installation.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier delays, strikes, or transport issues
Incorrect shipping address or customer unavailability
Force majeure events such as natural disasters, lockdowns, or government restrictions

However, we will do our best to support you in such cases.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Please report it within 48 hours of delivery at support@lugrad.org
with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
We will investigate and arrange for replacement or return as per our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Change of Address

Shipping address changes will be accepted only before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

11. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside India. International orders will not be processed.
